The new and redesigned MuellerHinge now fits either leg right out of the package, eliminating the need to set the brace for right or left leg. Secondary compression wraps assist in holding the upper and lower cuffs in place, while the improved hinge adhesion to the cuffs adds durability. Additionally, the lengthened hinge cover with hook/loop connection secures the hinge cover and has been strengthened for added durability. The MuellerHinge also includes strengthened hinge pockets for increased support.

The MuellerHinge is specifically designed to protect the knee from lateral blows in all positions, helping to safeguard the medial collateral ligament and reduce the risk of hyperextension injuries. Its patented Triaxial Hinge technology precisely tracks knee motion, allowing for maximum mobility. This innovative design fits either knee and provides high-strength support, enabling unrestricted, near-natural knee movement to protect the joint from lateral blows.

The brace features a Neoprene Grip Wrap with a textured waffle design to help keep it in position. Outer stretch loops offer additional stability and compression for added support. The one-piece design of the MuellerHinge makes it stronger and easier to flip from left to right knee. It is suitable for thighs up to 26 inches (66 cm) and calves up to 18 inches (45 cm).
